Founder's Story

In 2023, I moved from Indonesia to Adelaide. It was a big step for me. I started studying cookery and found a job working in a local cafe. I quickly fell in love with the coffee culture here, but I noticed something was missing.

In the cafes where I worked, I rarely saw coffee beans from my home. Indonesia is one of the biggest coffee producers in the world and our beans are amazing, they are sweet, juicy, and special. But here in Australia, it was like those beans didn't exist. It felt strange because Indonesia is so close to Australia, yet our best coffee has no representation here.

I started Wibowo Coffee to change that. I don’t want to be a big, faceless company. I just want to bring the best beans from Indonesian farmers to the roasters here in Australia.

When you buy from me, you are talking to the person who knows the soil, the farmers, and the journey of every bag. I’m just a guy who loves coffee and wants to share the best of my old home with my new home.
