1. General Terms

By using the Wibowo Coffee website and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. We specialize in Indonesian specialty green coffee beans, supplied primarily to roasters and coffee enthusiasts within Australia.

2. Pricing & Orders

  • All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change based on market conditions (C-Price) and currency fluctuations.
  • Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received in full.
  • For wholesale forward-contracts, specific terms will be provided in a separate signed agreement.

3. Stock Availability

We manage "Spot Stock" in our warehouse. While we strive for accuracy, all coffee is subject to availability. If a specific lot becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will offer a full refund or an alternative high-scoring lot.

4. Shipping & Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods leave our warehouse. We use reputable third-party freight partners (e.g., StarTrack, Australia Post). It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.

5. Quality & Returns

Coffee is a seasonal agricultural product. While we provide SCA scores and cupping notes, flavor is subjective. Returns are generally not accepted for "change of mind" on green coffee. However, we comply fully with Australian Consumer Law regarding defective or misrepresented products.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
