This Gayo coffee beans is a fully washed lot from the Ribang Gayo Musara Cooperative. Cherry is handpicked at peak ripeness, rigorously sorted on arrival at the cooperative in Pantan Musara, pulped on a disc pulper, wet fermented for 12 hours, then soaked in clean water for a further 24 before drying slowly on raised beds and covered patios.
